Jasper's Feed and Tack (called "Feed Store" on the map) is a supply store in the southern part of Gray County and contains the region's bus stop.

To enter, you need to complete a sidequest from any of the characters sitting out front. To enter the back room, you need to complete a sidequest from any of the characters inside.

Quests

Outside:

Chat with Wendelin Loogootee:
- Sidequest: He needs a counterclockwise mainspring. Unlock location: The Old Gilmore Place. Return the counterclockwise mainspring for 50 .
Chat with Iola Kinmundy:
- Sidequest: She is looking for a glass of milk. Unlock location: The Drexel Stead. Return the glass of old-style milk for 50 .
Chat with Xenia Wakefield:
- Sidequest: She is looking for her paperweight back. Unlock location: MacMillicancuddy's Farm. Return Xenia's paperweight for 50 .

Complete any one of the above quests to get inside the feed store.

Chat with Oskaloosa Barnhill:
- Sidequest: Steal a meteorite for her. Unlock location: The Moleross Place. Return the Moleross meteorite (or a fragment of it) for 50 .
Chat with Grover Pixley:
- Sidequest: Find some fertilizer for him. Unlock location: Grode Valley Orchard. Return the 240 lbs. of fertilizer for 50 .
Chat with Farina:
- Sidequest: Find a new engine for her. Unlock location: The Ford Compound. Return the souped-up engine for 50 .

Complete any one of the above quests to get inside Jasper's back room.

Talk to Jasper.
- He's on a mission to blow up Hellstrom's oil refinery with the help of the AARP (Association of Anarchists, Rebels and Pirates). He will ask you to complete sidequests to help the other six members around the store prepare for the mission.
- You can start the mission with fewer people, but completing all six above sidequests lets you execute a perfect heist and earn the achievement Jasper's Six.
- Quest continues at the The Oil Baron's Refinery.

After completing AARP's mission, the shop will be abandoned.

Iola Kinmundy and Xenia Wakefield can be found chatting in the speakeasy the next day.
Abby Abbey now trusts you and can be pet for her boon (+1 Maximum AP).
