You follow a trail of disturbed earth and cracked pavement from the place where the tentacles popped out of the ground. to the place where, presumably, they popped in.

After the monsters are vanquished, Tentacle House becomes known as Just a Regular House.

Quests

While not a proper to-do list quest, defeating this house earns you significant rewards and a note in the ending about how you cleaned up the town (along with defeating the gangs).

• Four victories rid the house of its infestation.
• You need the Tentacle House key, from the right bedroom upstairs, to access the cellar.

• Fight some tentacles.
• Insectologist: find sordid grease.
• Junk drawer with various items.
• A fishing spot in the sink.
• Find nasty old leftovers (3) in the refrigerator.

Second Floor

• Break down the left door with 4^ish Muscle.

Right Bedroom

• Fight some tentacles.
• Find a wire coat hanger in the wardrobe.
• Try to guess what kind of furniture it was.
• In the nightstand past the fight, find a jewelry case and the basement key.

Left Bedroom

• Find a creepy locket and old wallet.
• A large mirror.

• Install a fuse in the fuse box. The basement is too dark to explore until you do.
• Find the world's dirtiest broom.
• Boss fight.
• Find tentacle seed (11).
• Grab or fish mildewed jeans from the washing machine (once).

If you've been using cursed items or you're past day 1, you may find:

• A shadow rift containing the shadow shorts.

If you don't have shadow-closing pliers, come back later after encountering a shadow pouch and asking Jessica about it.
