- Talk to the hobo: side quest: retrieve his father's 11 padlocks from The Old Dauphin House (unlocks location), with a warning that there are no ghosts in the house.
- After much time in the Dauphin House, return with 11 recovered padlocks for 40
and Pepperidge can go to the Hobo Camp (he will teach you +1 Hobo Literacy there).
