The Charlestown State Pen has one of the biggest collections of helpful NPCs in the game.

If you're a Pig Skinner, you're thrown into a cell here after entering the Army Recruitment Office.

Quests

Pig Skinner

Escape and retrieve your stolen biceps.

The short short version: Warden, Moppy, 2B, Yard, 2A, Moppy, 3D, 1B, Mess, 1B, 3D, Yard, 2B, Warden.

• Check the bed for poster scissors.
• Cut the poster and escape through the sewer pipe.
• Ask Moppy how to get into the warden's office. He'll tell you to ask Wilmer.
• Talk to Wilmer in cell 2B. He wants some 'stache wax.
• Talk to Bruno in the exercise yard. He wants a Bear Bar.
• Check cell 2A for Fancher, but it's empty.
• Ask Moppy and he'll tell you he's in cell 3D.
• Talk to Fancher. He wants some lewd playing cards.
• Talk to Rimmel in cell 1B. He wants some spicy food.
• Get prison slop from the mess hall and ask Nora to spice it up to get spicy prison slop.
• Give Rimmel (1B) the slop to get lewd playing cards.
• Give Fancher (3D) the cards to get Bear Bar.
• Give Bruno (yard) the bar to get illicit 'stache wax.
• Give Wilmer (2B) the wax to learn the code to the warden's office.
• Look in the desk to find your biceps and remove the perk.
• Go through the demonic mouth that just appeared to confront your nemesis once and for all.

Molly Buttons

Molly's girlfriend, Nancy McGill, is in cell 3C. Bust her out if you've completed Molly's vignettes.

• 1D: Bert: Trade a cracker for the Hard Time, Hard Body perk.
• 1E: Clive: Trade Cola Wars ration cigarettes for a hand-forged katana.

Cell Block 2

The Mysticality block.

• 2A: Empty.
• 2B: Wilmer: Has the code to the warden's office for the Pig Skinner quest.
• 2C: Donna: Trade a cracker for the Daydream Believer perk.
• 2D: Bones.
• 2E: Lumford: Trade Cola Wars ration cigarettes for a makeshift prison spatula.

Cell Block 3

The Moxie block.

• 3A: Mitch: Trade a cracker for the Expert Whistler perk and a mouth cork.
• 3B: A dead-eyed prisoner.
• 3C: A dark-haired young woman, Nancy McGill. If Molly Buttons is with you and you completed her vignettes, you bring her in so she can give Nancy the means to escape.
• 3D: Fancher: Has an item for the Pig Skinner quest.
• 3E: Lewis: Trade Cola Wars ration cigarettes for an artisanal shiv.

Chiropractor

• Dr. Dixley: Trade a cracker for the Well-Adjusted effect.
