Located north the easternmost part of the railroad tracks. As advertised Snake Springs is a long area with a stream of snakes coming out of a hole in the background. It's a good place to grind experience.

After obtaining the Key-Shaped El Vibrato Device a window to the future will be here for you to steal an overpriced toilet plunger. Once obtained the window remains but only shows static on the opposite side.
