Find a workbench.

Crane Control booth. After your nemesis ruins everything, the glass is shattered, and you can maneuver the craned fridge to smash Shadow Oliver.
Find dangerous pocketwatch, bank pouch full of Meat, and deed to the Speakeasy from Gluck's remains.
While on the mob quest to rid the steam tunnels of vampires, you can get a giant ice cube from the freezer on the right, to be blessed at St. Polycarp's Cathedral.
