Here you can be entertained at 5 Meat per joke. One side of the ramshackle building is plastered with signs of obnoxious laughter. Despite it being a shack, the door is non-functional and you cannot enter his residence.
Notes
- After listening to Wasco Shafter's lame jokes ten times, you can convince him he is not good at joke telling and instead should go play banjo in Dirtwater. The banjo music will continue for a few seconds, even after he leaves.
