The Doughboys, Ocean City's vicious baker gang, hole up in the abandoned Snackle Mills bakery.

Quests

If Marvin asked you for a case of Snackle Cakes, find one on the truck right next to you and return to him.

While it's not a quest on your to-do list, you can affect the ending and win some nice rewards by defeating the Doughboys gang.

Break into the door with 3^ish Muscle or squeeze into the loading dock with 2^ish Moxie.

There is a huge mound of loose sugar. If on a quest from Bertram's Bakery, you can take 150-lb bag of sugar.

Defeat both groups of Doughboys to gain access to the Boss' Office.

Confront the gang's leader, Ross "Doughman" Ciabatta. Violence is the only solution here.
Once you defeat the boss, you can search the desk for around 70-80 and the Doughbaby recipe. (You won't be able to make a dough baby until you reach the Sandwich Museum in Chapter 2.)
