Private Bowlegs is misfit cavalryman from Fort Unnecessary who was sent there because his legs were so bowlegged that he can't ride a horse.

You can help him by bending his legs back straight (Requires 45 Muscle) or by renting him a mule from Alamo Rent-A-Mule for 1500 meat.
