At the Alamo Rent-A-Mule, you can purchase a mule for 1500 meat in order to help the bow-legged soldier at Fort Unnecessary, or activate a quest for the man at the complaints section, who asks you to get a bracelet that belonged to his daughter. You can find the bracelet at Deepest Delve Mine.
