Mine carts are found in various mines throughout the land. Generic carts contain varying amounts of meat or unrefined Meat nuggets, although with the Minesplainer perk you can also gain experience.
The results of looting a mine cart depend on the number of carts you have looted. There are 3 tiers, with overlap between them (in which case the tier selected depends on a random roll):
