Humming Cave is a location in West of Loathing, east of Fort Alldead. It is revealed when you accept the quest from the nun at the Rescue Mission.

Items

Purple grass is growing outside the cave entrance.
Beanslingers with the Master Cookery perk can find a bean-iron nugget inside the cave.
An El Vibrato cache can be revealed inside the cave, if you have an El Vibrato rod.

Inside the cave there is an electrified snake in a hole, which you must deal with it in order to go further. You can either fight it, or next to it there is a large rock that you can push over (10 Muscle) to seal it in the hole and avoid the fight.
- Note that despite claiming an increase in medicine (but not venom), this snake provides neither venom nor medicine to Snake Oilers (although it should).

The entrance to the cave features a pattern of aligned rocks on the ground, which the devs confirm are not a hidden puzzle.
At the end of the cave there is an El Vibrato portal, which leads to the Bizarre Ruin.
