Creamy Steve is a hobo you can encounter if you vandalize the "VAGRANTS NOT WELCOME" sign (by removing the word "NOT") at the Sandwich Museum, in the past. Having done so, he appears in the gazebo, in the present, where you can talk to him. Later he relocates to the Hobo Camp in Ocean City.
