Template talk:SoL rewards

I'm getting twice as much Meat as the table indicates, and I'm quite sure I have no +Meat bonuses. Maybe it increased in a patch? —LucyG (talk, c) ♥ 05:41, 7 November 2023 (UTC)

• Checked the current version and the code that calculates meat rewards has not changed: it's still region*5 +/- 20% variance. Must be some other effect then...? --Fig bucket (talk) 21:32, 7 November 2023 (UTC)

  New save file, no perks, no effects. Region 1 wandering fights are giving me 8-12 meat. Is it multiplied by number of combatants or something? —LucyG (talk, c) ♥ 09:34, 16 November 2023 (UTC)

  • Aha----the quest rewards give meat according to this template, but wandering fights don't use the same code for meat drop calculations---they instead drop specific amounts rather than computing it based on the region (although there's still a +/- 20% variance). Maybe most or all fights that give a meat reward do that, although I'm not sure how consistent that is... --Fig bucket (talk) 23:59, 16 November 2023 (UTC)
