• If worn, increases the frequency of snake encounters while wandering by adding 2 copies of the snake encounter to the selection pool.
• There is only one snake encounter in each region. Snake Oilers have two copies of it in the selection pool. Adding 2 more copies with this ring improves the odds, but as it also grows the size of the selection pool it does not actually double the chances.
