Different effect can occur depending on what was set on the bell, how all the ghost has been dealt with and whether or not Chet Bullet has been dealt with.

Machine set to anything other than "BOO"

Florence = "Well, that's nice."

Player = "Yeah, that's a pretty good bell."

Florence = "Nice clear tones."

Machine set to "BOO"

All Ghost dealt with peacefully, and Chet has not been dealt with

As the eerie sound of the bells fade away, ethereal outlines begin to appear around you and resolve, one at a time, into familiar spirits, Monsieur L'Ardest, and then the lady that was running the Boo & Breakfast, and the librarian... you know, you really didn't get very many of their names? Maybe you should be better about introducing yourself to people.

Anyways, you're soon surrounded by a small crowd of ghosts, with Mrs. Gun being the last to arrive.

Mrs.Gun = "This... this is the bell tower in my house, <player>? What happened?"

Felicity = "Yeah... Nice to see you again, but what's up, Counselor?"

Player = "I suppose you're all wondering why I've summoned you here today."

Felicity = "I did just ask you that, yes."

Player = "Well, I've come into some information that I think you all might be interested in."

Hungry Ghost = "This won't take long, will it? I need to get back to the afterlife!"

Player = "What's the hurry?"

Hungry Ghost = "They got an all-you-can-eat buffet! With every kind of meat! In nugget form!"

Player = "...Oh my gosh."

You unholster your pistol and slowly put it against your temple.

Poacher = "Cain't get there that way, ya dummy!"

Player = "Rats."

You put your gun away again.

Player = "Anyway, let me explain. Felicity -- how did you feel when you got here?, Originally, I mean?"

Felicity = "Well, I... I remember being very angry. I wanted revenge for my death. But the feeling went away pretty quickly, and I couldn't remember why I'd felt like that. I'm not the vengeful type."

Player = "It doesn't even really make sense, in your case."

Felicity = "Yes, exactly. I never bore any ill will towards the prosecutor that shot me."

Player = "Was it basically the same for the rest of you?"

Clerk = "Just like that, yes."

Librarian = "Myself as well."

Child = "Me too!"

Player = "Thought so."

Player = "Well, here's the deal:"

Player = "You were all summoned for the explicit purpose of taking revenge on Mrs. Gun here."

L'Ardest = "Attendez, I was not killed by le gun."

Conductor = "I wasn't either."

Player = "Yeah, some of you weren't. The summoning happened based on your connection to the summoner itself -- Chet Bullet, the inventor of the bullet. But he was hiding with anti-ghost technology, and assumed that enough of your deaths would be gun-related that you'd turn your attention to Mrs. Gun instead."

Billiard Player = "Well, that's just playing dirty pool. And I should know, considering I got shot for playin' dirty pool."

Player = "The thing is, he didn't know that Mrs. Gun was already a ghost. So with nobody to take revenge on, you all just reverted to your regular state of mind."

Felicity = "Huh. Well, I appreciate the info, but was it necessary to call us all back just to tell us that?"

Player = "What I really wanted to tell you is that Chet Bullet has turned off his anti-ghost field. He's over there, at the other end of the attic."

Felicity = "..."

Player = "Now, I'm not gonna make any noise about how he's ultimately responsible for all your deaths, because that would both be crazy and also belittle the actual circumstances of your deaths."

Player = "But... Chet Bullet murdered Mrs. Gun's husband, kidnapped her two daughters, and attempted to use you all to kill Mrs. Gun herself. So if y'all are interested in a little "frontier justice", thirteen is a pretty good number for a posse."

The ghost all turned to look at each other, and their eyes begin to glow red. The hunter is the first to leave the circle, followed closely by the poacher. Soon, they've all left except for Felicity Wainwright and Mrs. Gun

Mrs. Gun looks hesitant for a moment, then seem to make up her mind. She gives you a stern nod, then follows the others. You turn away, and soon hear a man screaming, but the sound quickly decreases in volume as though he was being pulled a great distance away, and then it's gone entirely.

Player = "I figured you wouldn't be into it, Felicity."

Felicity = "Yeah, despite everything, I still believe in the rule of law."

Player = "Didn't see you trying to stop them, though."

Felicity = "Nope. No, you certainty didn't."

Player = "Well, I won't keep you any longer. Happy trails, Counselor."

Felicity = "You too, Counselor."

She fades away with a wink.

If you are wearing the attorneys badge Felicity will tell you, you look good in it.

Mrs. Gun = "This... this is the bell tower in my house, <player>? What happened?"

Player = "Uh... I was kind of just messing around with the bells?"

Mrs. Gun = "Did you resolve the situation with Chet Bullet?"

If you dealt with Chet Bullet

Player = "Oh yeah. Don't worry, I got revenge for you."

Mrs. Gun = "Ah. Well, good enough. Thank you."

If you let Chet Bullet escape

Player = ""

Mrs. Gun =

The other ghost look puzzled and shrug at each other, and then they all fade away, back to wherever they came from.

Some or all ghosts dealt with violently

Player = "Holy cow. I felt a real chill, there."

Florence = "Yeah, that is definitely a sound you would use to summon ghosts."

Player = "I don't see any, though."

Florence = "I bet they can sense that we've destroyed some ghosts in this house. It makes them a little, you know. Leery. Wary."

If any ghosts were dealt with violently, no ghosts will show up. This is the case regardless of if Chet has been dealt with.
