- It's made of clown skin, and any attempts to talk to a clown with it on goes as well as expected, and can get you kicked out and subsequently banned from the circus.
- This only applies to the ticket seller at the entrance to the Circus, the clown bodyguard near the main stage, and the clown with the knife in the Clown Campsite.
